Monthly ranks

Monthly ranks are PayPal subscriptions. You are charged when you subscribe and then once a month until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from My account → Subscriptions or from your PayPal account. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep the rank until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If a renewal payment fails, the rank ends when the paid period runs out. [OWNER DECISION: grace period length — currently 24 hours]

What "lifetime" means

A lifetime rank or perk is a one-time payment with no renewals. It stays on the linked Minecraft player for as long as the game mode it belongs to runs on GAC — not for the buyer's own lifetime.

If we change or replace a rank, you don't lose what you paid for: your current rank is kept in your rank inventory, and you're switched to the new rank that replaces it.

Seasonal ranks and limited items

Seasonal ranks (Moon and Earth in BoxPvP) and limited keys (such as the Halloween and Spooky keys in Survival) are only on sale during certain periods. "Limited" refers to when they can be bought. Once bought, a seasonal rank is a lifetime item as described above.

Survival rank upgrades

Survival ranks form a ladder: Hero, Zeus, Poseidon, Titan and Olympian. If your linked player already owns a lower Survival rank, a higher one costs the difference between the two ranks' current prices, minus 10%. The upgrade price is shown before you pay and checked again at checkout.
