Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy ranks, perks or crate keys from the Greece And Chill ("GAC") store, for any GAC game mode.

1. Who you're buying from

The seller is [OWNER INPUT: legal name of the person or business, address, contact email, VAT number if any].

2. What you're buying

Store items are digital, in-game benefits for the GAC Minecraft network. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money and are delivered to the Minecraft account you confirm at checkout. Each product page lists what is included; where a detail isn't confirmed yet, the page says so.

GAC is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euro (EUR) and the total shown before you pay is the amount charged. Payments are processed by PayPal. [OWNER DECISION: are prices VAT-inclusive? How are taxes handled for buyers in other countries?]

4. Delivery

Delivery starts once PayPal confirms your payment, and each item is delivered by the server of the game mode it belongs to. Some items can only be delivered while the player is online. If a delivery fails, our staff will retry it without charging you again.

Items for a game mode that hasn't opened yet (currently BoxPvP) can be bought in advance. They are saved to your player and delivered automatically when that game mode opens.

5. Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content that is delivered immediately, you lose this right once delivery begins, provided you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the right at checkout. 6. Subscriptions and lifetime items

Monthly ranks renew automatically until cancelled. What "lifetime" means is explained on the Subscriptions & Lifetime Access page.

7. Rules and account actions

Purchases don't exempt anyone from the server rules. [OWNER DECISION: what happens to purchased items if a player is banned for breaking the rules?]

8. Changes to items

We may rebalance or change in-game items to keep the game fair and working. If a rank you own is changed or replaced, your current rank is kept in your rank inventory and you're switched to the new rank that replaces it.
